Carol has held executive positions in a hospital, a clinic, and a school and founded a business specializing in mediation. She has led professional organizations and non-profit agencies. She has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Washington, a Master's degree from California State University at Long Beach, and a B.A. from the University of Buffalo. Carol is a certified coach, with training at the College of Executive Coaching and the Strozzi Institute of Embodied Leadership. Her coaching and psychology business has spanned more than 25 years. She has been adjunct faculty at the University of Washington Psychology Department since 1990.
Carol has worked with companies in health care, retail, banking, aerospace, manufacturing, telecommunications, software, pharmaceuticals, law, insurance, transportation, media, architecture and security.
She is a mother of two adult children and loves time with friends and family, outdoor activities, cooking, the arts, sports and exercise.
